Scott Idem ed87d1c1ef docs: add agent messaging section to frontend bootstrap ...

Documents ae_send_message recipient names, the directory-name vs
recipient-name gotcha, and ae_inbox inbox defaults. Mirrors the
equivalent section added to the backend bootstrap.
