feat: Implement dynamic domain-based PWA manifest

- Added /manifest.webmanifest server-side route.
- Implemented hostname-based branding lookup using Agent API Key.
- Updated app.html to use the dynamic manifest route.
- Added manifest verification tool to the System Testing dashboard.
