Scott Idem 64402e8e2a chore(scripts): rename deploy:* → build:docker:*, add deploy:remote:* ...

- deploy:dev/test/prod → build:docker:dev/test/prod to distinguish
  local Docker builds from remote server deploys
- Add deploy:remote:test and deploy:remote:prod — SSH to linode.oneskyit.com
  and run deploy.sh on the server
- Trailing whitespace cleanup in .env.*.default files
