e6a41316f2 chore(graphify): incremental graph rebuild from post-commit hook 
Hook ran AST update after initial commit, refreshing graph.json,
GRAPH_REPORT.md, labels, and manifest. Adds dated snapshot at
graphify-out/2026-06-23/.
