28ef0e9d3f feat(graphify): add full-project knowledge graph + Claude Code hooks 
Runs graphify over src/ + documentation/ to build a persistent knowledge
graph (2,234 nodes, 4,651 edges, 217 communities) used by Claude for
codebase queries. Includes post-commit hook for incremental updates and
PreToolUse hooks enforcing query-before-grep in Claude Code sessions.

- graphify-out/: graph.json, GRAPH_REPORT.md, labels, manifest, root ptr
- .claude/settings.json: PreToolUse hooks (graphify query enforcement)
- CLAUDE.md: graphify section added by `graphify claude install`
- .gitignore: exclude cache/, graph.html, settings.local.json
- vite.config.ts: exclude graphify-out/ from HMR watch

- PROJECT__AE_Access_Control_UX.md (all steps done 2026-03-11)
- PROJECT__AE_combined_front_back_Docker.md (complete 2026-03-10)

Pre-archive housekeeping:
- CLAUDE.md: removed 3 resolved active issues; replaced stale session bug doc link with Badges Task 4.0 doc
- AE__Architecture.md: corrected stale "TipTap marked for removal" note — both editors are active
- PROJECT__AE_Firefly_Theme_Repair_SUMMARY.md: added archival note re element_modal_v1 retirement

Project-specific context file for Claude Code containing:
- Critical privacy/business rules (IDAA, Journals)
- Mandatory workflows and tech stack
- API patterns and key documentation references
- Active issues tracking

Complements global ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md with SvelteKit-specific guidance.
