Scott Idem	55debc8009	feat: add stress_list_queries tool and document in tests/README ... Concurrent read-only stress test against V3 list endpoints. Improvements over initial version: --base-url, --limit CLI flags, interpolated percentile calculation (accurate on small sample sizes), and pre-sorted times passed to overall summary.
